Entertainment Coordinator for the Rise Up Charity Concert, Charles Villareal said many Vincentians are underestimating the scope of the damages the nation sustained during the disaster on Christmas Eve.

He is therefore appealing to the public to support the Rise Up Concert and other activities which are being held to aid in the nation’s recovery efforts.

Mr. Villareal said the activities are being held to promote the spirit of unity and collaboration among Vincentians while rebuilding the country.

He said ALL of the relief efforts are all aimed at the noble cause of nation building and he is appealing to Vincentians to do as much as they can to support these activities which represent the bigger picture.
