Permanent Secretary in the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Nathaniel Williams, has praised the late Venezuelan President Hugo Chavez for his role in the realization of an international airport in St. Vincent and the Grenadines.
He was speaking at Tuesday’s launch of a Photographic Exhibition to celebrate the life of Mr. Chavez, who died last year.
