Over 300 women attended the 2014 edition of the Phenomenal Women’s Conference which culminated on Saturday afternoon at the Methodist Church Hall in Kingstown.
The objective of the one-day Conference was to build a community of women to share experiences, success and life skills.
The Conference is the brainchild of Karen Hinds, the CEO of Workplace Success Group, Author of five books and a weekly Columnist in a local newspaper.
Mrs. Hinds tells NBC News that conference achieved it objective, with all the participants leaving the event more empowered than they arrived.
Mrs. Hinds said this year’s conference expanded on last year’s format, with a teen segment added on Friday.
