Thirty-two year old Glenmore Grant of Mayreau is assisting the Police with investigations into the death of Leemore Grant also of Mayreau.
Leemore Grant, Glenmore’s Uncle, died after he received stab wounds to his body last night.
Reports are that the two men were involved in an altercation over a mobile phone.
The incident occurred sometime after eight last night.
Residents say this is the first time such an incident occurred on the Grenadine Island of Mayreau.
Police are carrying out investigations.
