The Royal St. Vincent and the Grenadines Police Force is reassuring the public that every effort is being made to improve the level of security for citizens and visitors alike.
The assurance came from Inspector of Police Hawkins Nanton during the Police on the Beat programme aired on NBC Radio last night.
Inspector Nanton said the police force is soliciting the assistance of the public in ridding their communities of criminal elements.
Inspector Nanton also said the police is currently conducting a number of stop and search activities across the country.
