The North Leeward Tourism Association is preparing to hold its 12th Annual Breadfruit Festival to observe Emancipation Day, tomorrow.
Chairperson of the Association, Clem Derrick said tomorrow’s event will be held at the Beach Front Restaurant and Bar in Chateaubelair beginning at midday.
He said the program will also have a cultural package with performances and exhibitions.
