The organizers of the recently concluded Canouan Carnival 2014 have described the festival as a huge success.
This year’s program which ran from Friday July 25th to August 2nd was organized by the group Club Nuevo under the theme “Just the Ultimate Summer event in the Grenadines”.
Vice President and PRO of Club Nuevo, Hansel Henry tells NBC News that persons were scared on the Chikungunya Disease but many patrons still came out and supported the program.
He said they were unable to hold their night mass during the official Carnival program but this event will be rescheduled to a later date.
Mr. Henry is also thanked members of the public for supporting the Canouan Carnival activities this year and he highlighted that planning has already started for 2015.
