Deputy Chairman of the National Cultural Foundation (NCF), Glenroy “Sulle” Caesar said efforts are continuing to establish a National Cultural Policy for St. Vincent and the Grenadines.
He made this statement during the Views On Issues program aired on NBC Radio on Sunday focusing on the topic “Emancipation, what it means for us as Vincentians”
This comes as St. Vincent and the Grenadines observes Emancipation month 2014.
