A representative from the Carnival Development Corporation (CDC) said they expect to see a number of changes in the Rural Carnival activities for the year 2015.
This statement was made by coordinator of Rural Carnival Activities, Ezzie Roberts.
Mr. Roberts said while the Rural Carnival activities for 2014 were of a high standard, there is always room for improvement.
He said the CDC will be implementing a number of measures to continue the development of the Rural Carnival activities which will ensure that the Vincy Mas Festival continues to grow.
