Prime Minister Dr. Ralph Gonsalves addressed the issue of Constitutional Reform at an International Conference in Jamaica yesterday.
The Prime Minister was the keynote speaker at the Conference where he looked at this country’s attempt at Constitutional Reform.
The conference was organized by Sir Arthur Lewis Institute of Social and Economic Studies {SALISES} in collaboration with the University of London.
Several Jamaican Political Leaders were also scheduled to present papers at the session which was held at the UWI Regional Headquarters Council Room in Jamaica.
The Prime Minister is expected to return to the state tomorrow.
