The 11th Annual Caribbean Youth Festival Promises To Be A Big Hit

Young Singers and Dancers from St. Vincent and the Grenadines are gearing up to compete in the 11th Annual Caribbean Youth Festival, slated for December

Caribbean Youth Fest is an annual event that provides a forum to showcase, promote, and develop the musical and related talents of young people, while utilizing their talent and influences to spread positive values and healthy lifestyles.

Caribbean Youth Fest collaborates with Corporate Caribbean via sponsorship in preserving, promoting and developing our Caribbean Culture and Values through the music of our youth as part of corporate social responsibility.

Artistes will compete in the genres of – Gospel, Dance hall, Reggae, Soca, Rap, Hip Hop, and R & B.

This year’s Caribbean Youth Fest will see the overall winner of the singing competition, YOUTH STAR 2014 walk away with $5,000.00 in cash plus attractive prizes. There will be thousands of dollars awarded to winners in first and second places in the various categories along with appearance fees for all performers.

Auditions for places to compete in the finals will take place at the Memorial Hall on November 15th & 22nd

Application forms for auditioning are available at the office of the St. Vincent & The Grenadines Association of Music Professionals at Peace Memorial Hall

Caribbean Youth Fest will be held in St. Lucia on December 21st.
