South Leeward Combine were crown double Champions of the 2014 Barrouallie Netball Championship which climaxed on Sunday at the Keartons Hard Court.

Having claimed the League Title on Friday night, they continued to impress as they easily defeated Topsidaz in the Knockout segment of the Western Union Senior Division.

Topsidaz after Friday’s encounter were still clueless as to how to mark the gangly Shooter Mary-Ann Fredericks as the encounter ended
50-28 and sent the South Leeward unit into a frenzy.

In the Vita Malt Junior division, Star Girls (3) retained their Knockout Title beating Young Blazers by a goal difference less than 5 in the League, Star Girls set the record straight as they won 27-20 in the Knockout Finals.

The League results are as follows: Western Union Senior Division,
1st was South Leeward Combined, Topsidaz second and third was Canouan Islanders.

Young Blazers won the Vita Malt Under-16 Division, second was Star Girls (3) and Que Hearts third.

The Senior Knockout Title was won by South Leeward Combined and Star Girls (3) won the Junior Knockout Title.

The Presentation and Awards Ceremony will be held on Sunday October 26th immediately following the final of the Football Championship at the Keartons Playing Field.
