Ipa Pushes To Remove Vagrants From Streets

Supervisor at the Sanitation Department Grantley “Ipa” Constance is appealing for more to be done to remove vagrants from the nation’s streets.

He made this statement as he appealed for an all hands on deck approach to ensure proper sanitation in St. Vincent and the Grenadines.

Mr. Constance said the increased number of vagrants in and around capital Kingstown also plays a negative role in proper garbage disposal because these persons are responsible for dispersing garbage which is left to be collected on many occasions.

He noted that there is a home for the homeless and he is appealing to the authorities to have these vagrants placed in that home.
