The police are investigation the circumstances into the death of Paul Williams, a 46-year-old resident of New Montrose.
Police say the body of Williams was discovered floating in waters off the Reclamation Site in Kingstown, about 6:30am, yesterday.
A postmortem examination is to be performed on the body to ascertain the cause of death.
