The Public Sector Reform Unit will be conduct a half day workshop today as part of its continued thrust in enhancing the quality of customer service within the Public Service.
The workshop focusing on “Improving Performance and Accountability” will take place at the Knowledge Institute, Halifax Street, from 8:30 this morning.
The session is geared towards Middle and Senior Level Officers in the Public Service.
The Workshop is geared at highlighting the importance of improving performance and accountability; and highlight the role public officers have in improving performance and accountability.
It is envisaged that at the end of the workshop participants will, better understand the importance of performance and accountability; recognize the linkage between performance and accountability.
The Participants would also be better positioned to improve their performance and deliver the highest quality of customer service.
