A new executive will be elected to run the affairs of the SVG Fair Trade Organization for the year 2015, when the organization convenes its 14th Annual General Assembly tomorrow.

The meeting will be held at the Peace Memorial Hall from 9AM under the theme: “Striving to Survive”.

Manager of the SVG Fair Trade Organization, Ellisia Tesheira, said the assembly will also seek to review the organization’s National Report and to discuss and adopt its 2015 work plan.

The assembly is expected to be attended by close to sixty representatives from ten Fair Trade Groups.

Minister of Agriculture Saboto Caesar and Co-ordinator of the Windward Islands Farmers Association Kozel Peters-Fraser are expected to give brief addresses at the Assembly.
