Vincentians are being advised to pay close attention to the size of their portions, when consuming meals during the Christmas Holidays.
The advice has come from Chief Nutritionist in the Ministry of Health, Wellness and the Environment, Andrea Robin.
She says it is common for many persons to over-eat at this time of year.
Mrs. Robin said over eating can result in a number of dangerous conditions.
