Prime Minister Dr. Ralph Gonsalves has described the accident which occurred at Rock Gutter at Fancy last week, in which five students lost their lives and two remain missing, as a test to the nation’s resolve.

He made this statement during a Memorial Service which was held at the Georgetown Secondary School yesterday.

The Prime Minister said this is difficult time for the entire nation and he is encouraging everyone to remember the lives of those that died in the accident.

Prime Minister Gonsalves is also encouraging the staff and students of the institutions that the deceased attended as well as other persons who were to those that died to remain strong and seek counselling and other professional help if necessary to get through this difficult time.
