The Government of St. Vincent and the Grenadines will be implementing a Restoration and Development Program for the village of Fancy.
This was announced by Prime Minister Dr. Ralph Gonsalves during his Budget Address yesterday.
He said the program will be finalized and implemented in collaboration with the families affected, as a result of the fatal accident on January 12th, in which five students died and two remain missing.
The Prime Minister also gave the Government’s commitment to finance the Students’ Tertiary Education.

Opposition Leader Arnhim Eustace is expected to make his presentation to the Budget Debate, when the session resumes at nine this morning.
