MR PHILLIP ALEXANDER RICHARDS of Brooklyn, New York formerly of Stubbs died in the USA on Tuesday 3rd March at the age of 69. The funeral takes place tomorrow, Tuesday 10th March at the Carib Chapel, Brooklyn, New York, 1922 Uticia Avenue. A memorial will be held in St Vincent at a later date.
