Parliamentary Representative for North Windward, Montgomery Daniel, said the constituency has undergone significant development under the government of Prime Minister, Dr. Ralph Gonsalves.
He was speaking at a recent ceremony to hand over three houses and forty-eight housing lots to residents of Noel in Sandy Bay.
Minister Daniel said a number of projects were undertaken over the past decade with the aim of improving the quality of life for residents of the community.
Minister Daniel said efforts were also made to improve access to education and health care facilities.
