Over one hundred youths were presented with certificates of completion on August 14th, as the SVG Coast Guard Service Youth Development Summer program came to a close.
Speaking at the closing ceremony, Petit Officer and Coordinator of the Summer Program Kenlet Francis said the participants were involved in both theory and practical sessions.
Petit Officer Francis commended the participants for their level of maturity during the program.
The 2015 edition of the SVG Coast Guard Service Youth Development Summer program was held under the theme “Shaping Youth for Life’s High Seas” .
