Prime Minister Dr. Ralph Gonsalves will be among other delegates attending the 40th anniversary celebration of Catholic Priest Monsignor Vincent Harcourt Blackett in Barbados.
The Prime Minister said he will be travelling to Barbados today to be part of this grand celebration.
