Telecommunications provider Digicel is delivering on its promise to establish a Call Centre here in St. Vincent and the Grenadines.
To this end, the Company will host a training Session for the selected Call Centre Agents and Team Leaders today.
The session takes place at the NIS Conference Room.
The soon-to-be opened Call Centre will serve this country by handling local and regional outbound and incoming calls.
Digicel Officials say they see the establishment of this entity as an extension of the Company’s focused and enhanced customer service experience
