Invest SVG and the Youth of St. Vincent and the Grenadines will host a fund raising campaign to help the people of Dominica.

The first part of the campaign is a “Send A Message Drive”, which involves placing a message to Dominica in Paper Planes that cost $1.00 each.

The second part of the campaign is the Benefit Concert, dub “Youth of St. Vincent and the Grenadines for the Children of Dominica”, to take place on Sunday November 1st at 6:00 pm at the Victoria Park.

Feature acts are expected to include Dominica’s WCK, TOK, Mr. Vegus, Allison Hinds, Half Pint, Sizzla Kalonji, and Kevin Little. Music will be provided by the band Kinectic, with NBC’s Shevrell “Candyman” Mcmillan as MC.

Ticket outlets will be announced soon.

Ambrose-Black said all proceeds collected from the benefit concert, as well as the “Send A Message Drive” will be remitted to Dominica who is still recovering from Tropical Storm Erica.
