Prime Minister Dr. Ralph Gonsalves has announced that the Caribbean Airlines the regional carrier and national airline of Trinidad and Tobago, will be doing business with the Argyle International Airport, when it is complete.

Speaking at yesterday’s ULP’s Touchdown Rally at Argyle, the Prime Minister said he has received a commitment from the Trinidad-based Airline Company to fly into the Argyle International Airport.

The Prime Minister said despite concerns raised by the Opposition New Democratic Party about safety, the Eastern Caribbean Civil Aviation Authority said there were no safety concerns.
