Prime Minister Dr. Ralph E. Gonsalves announced on Monday December 14th that this country’s Consultant and Advisor to the Minister of National Security, Sir Vincent Beache has offered to demit office by the end of this year.
The Prime Minister said Sir Vincent has served this country faithfully and well for over forty years.
