, said St. Vincent and the Grenadines has made significant gains in achieving the Millennium Development Goals (MDG’s).
He made the point during his contribution to the debate on the 2016 Appropriation Bill in Parliament last week.
Among the achievements in the area of health, Minister Browne said the ministry is reporting zero maternal deaths in 2015 in St. Vincent and the Grenadines.
Minister Browne said despite these achievements, the government continues to implement policies designed to meet international targets.
