Solid Waste Manager at the Central Water and Sewerage Authority Winsbert Quow said a change in mindset and behavior is required to move St. Vincent and the Grenadines from being among the cleaner, to among the cleanest countries in the world.
Mr. Quow told NBC News that Vincentians need to understand the legal and other implications of waste management infractions.
Mr. Quow said Vincentians should also bear in mind that the National Anthem of SVG is an environmental song; so Vincentians should be known to be naturally motivated to take care of their environment.
