Vincentian Tevin Bubb, a 22 year Fisherman has been charged by Grenadian authorities with trafficking of a controlled drug after he was caught with one hundred and ninety-six pounds of Cannabis aboard a vessel in Grenada.
He was scheduled to appear at the St. George’s Magistrate’s Court on Tuesday 23rd August, 2016.
