Coreas/Hazells Inc on August 27 recognized three Vincentians for their outstanding work in Sports, as it marked the opening of its third pharmacy.
Genita Lewis was recognized for her contribution to Athletics and Netball, Guy Lowe to Football and Stanley “Gunny” Hinds to Cricket and to Sports Development in general.
The company awarded the recipients, all former national athletes, with a special Coreas’ account each valuing $2,500. In addition each will receive $1,000 every year for the rest of their life towards the purchase of pharmaceuticals at Coreas pharmacies.
Coreas/Hazells Inc. Managing Director, Joel Providence, said the Company was pleased to honour the three exemplary former national and sub-regional athletes.
