There were victories for the Royal St. Vincent and the Grenadines Police, Carlos James Troumaca Starlight, Peto Stars and Somerset at the weekend in the VINLEC North Leeward Twenty/20 Cricket Championship at the Petit Bordel Playing Field.

The Royal St. Vincent and the Grenadines Police defeated Sharps United by 3 wickets. The scores: Sharps United 143 for 7 in a match reduced to 15-overs because of start; Christopher Howe 55, Winston Skinner 21; there were two wickets each for Elmore Alexander, Kenneth Dembar and Parnel Browne.

The Royal St. Vincent and the Grenadines Police 145 for 7 off 14-overs; Kenneth Dembar 38, Parnel Browne 28; Terry Williams 2 for 21, Hosani Porter 2 for 29.

Carlos James Troumaca Starlight narrowly eked out a 1-run win over the Royal St. Vincent and the Grenadines Police. The scores: the Royal St. Vincent and the Grenadines Police 105 off 15.4-overs; Darrell Sam 29; Kentish John 3 for 22, Zimron Providence 3 for 23, K-WANDO Sam 3 for 25.

Carlos James Troumaca Starlight 109 for 9 off 18.4-overs; Leshawn Lewis 32; Parnel Browne 3 for 12, Elmore Alexander 3 for 22.

Peto Stars won from Rose Bank United by 35 runs. The scores: Peto Stars 218 for 7 off 20-overs; Jamuel Matthews 70, Ronique LaBorde 40, Allison Samuel 27, Shaman Hooper 25, Rose Bank United 183 for 7 off 20-overs; William Edwards 38, Stinson Ince 25, Easton Robertson 25.

And, Somerset defeated Big League of Rose Bank by 12 runs. The scores: Somerset 154 for 6 off 20-overs; Jadiel Chance 56, Nelson Williams 22; Jade John 2 for 20.

Big League of Rose Bank 142 off 19.4-overs; Logan Roberts 25, Omalie Lavia 21; Aden Charles 3 for 32, Bishon Williams 2 for 22, Jadiel Chance 2 for 29.
