UWI Training at SVGCC

Vincentians are being encouraged to take advantage of the opportunity to become certified by the University of the West Indies (UWI) St. Augustine campus, while they continue to live and work in St. Vincent and the Grenadines.

Joel Jordan, Administrative Assistant at the UWI St. Augustine campus, said persons can access training in the area of Social Sciences, through a partnership with the SVG Community College.

Mr. Jordan said there are currently six offerings available under the partnership. The programs being offered currently are:
BSC. in Management Studies;
BSC. in Accounting;
BSC. in Political Sciences;
BSC. in Sociology;
BSC. in Economics;
BSC. in Psychology.

Mr. Jordan said students entering the programme will have access to the same benefits as students enrolled at the university campus.
