The Ministry of Culture said Vincentians can look forward to an exciting month of Drama throughout November.
The Ministry is preparing to kick off The Bank of St. Vincent and the Grenadines Theatre Arts Festival this weekend which will be followed by the start of the 2016 Secondary School Drama Festival, next week.
Martin Quashie, Drama Development Officer with the Ministry of Culture said that everything is in place for The Bank of St. Vincent and the Grenadines Theatre Arts Festival this weekend.
He said the presentations will begin with the Performing Arts Society of the St. Vincent and the Grenadines Community College showcasing their presentation dubbed “The Joys of Sin”.
Meanwhile…. Lesley Ann Millington, Assistant Drama Development Officer with the Ministry of Culture, said the 2016 Secondary School Drama Festival will run from November 16th to December 1st.
She said all presentations will be made at the Peace Memorial Hall commencing at 3:30 on afternoons.
Mr. Quashie is also encouraging everyone to support both Drama Festivals as the nation’s actors showcase their talents.
