Miss SVG 2017- Jimelle Roberts was awarded the second runner-up position in the 2017 Miss Jaycees Pageant, held in Antigua/Barbuda on Sunday night.
Miss Roberts was among seven contestants from countries across the region competing in the Pageant.
She also received the Judges’ nod for Best Modeling Skills in Evening Wear.
Miss Antigua/Barbuda- Ayanna Dorsette walked away with the title of Ms Jaycees 2017, and received the awards for Best Talent and Best Evening Wear, while Miss St Lucia, Tyler Theophane was first Runner-Up, and received the Miss Photogenic Award.
The award for Best Swimwear went to Miss St. Kitts- Katherina Davis; while Miss Anguilla- Carencia Rouse took the award for Best Interview; and Miss Trinidad and Tobago- Jenell Thongs took the Miss Congeniality Award.
This year’s Pageant was held with the theme: Nature’s Beauties, A Celebration of the Environment
