St Vincent Brewery Combined gained a 2-1 victory over the Royal St Vincent and the Grenadines Police yesterday afternoon in the Firms Division of DIGICEL/St Vincent Brewery Breakaway Firms Invitational Football Championship at the Grammar School Playing Field.

Lenford Chance and Gavin Gibson scored a goal each for St Vincent Brewery Combined. Avedonn Mitchell netted for the Royal St Vincent and the Grenadines Police.

Also yesterday, System Three (2) beat Largo Height 3-0; System Three (1) defeated Toni Belfongo 2-0; and Volcanoes won from Chelsea 1-0 in the Agricultural Input Warehouse Under-16 Championship.

In the same Championship at the weekend, Unlimited Strikers won by default from Strike Force; Layou overwhelmed Richmond Hill beating them 10-0; ADARE and Central Shooters played to a 2-2 draw; with Argyle International Airport and VINLEC playing to a goalless draw.

This afternoon’s match at half past four will be between Gaymes Pharmacy and Corea’s Distribution in the Firms Championship.
