The Sustainable Grenadines Incorporated, SUSGREN, is appealing to students across St. Vincent and the Grenadines to spread the message of Environmental protection with their peers and residents of their communities.
This appeal was made by Global Environment Facility, GEF, Project Manager at SUSGREN, Chrisma Moore as the organization continues its Junior Rangers program.
Through the program, SUSGREN is teaching the children about littering, marine protection, bird conservation and other issues relating to environmental protection.
Miss Moore says if more people know about the importance of Environmental protection, the country will see more stewards of the environment. She says this will go a long way in protecting the nation’s natural resources.
