As a result of the adverse effects of plastic products on the environment, Massy Stores St. Vincent will be embarking on a project to reduce the number of plastic bags issued at the three Supermarkets here.
As of July 3rd, the Company will be introducing re-usable shopping bags in keeping with the recent announcement by the government to curtail the issuance of plastic bags by retail businesses.

Ms. Plato said in the upcoming months Massy Stores will be involved in a nationwide reusable bag promotion campaign.
