Permanent Representative of St. Vincent and the Grenadines to the United Nations, Ambassador Rhonda King, said the Annual Innovation Expo provides an opportunity to enhance creativity.
Delivering remarks at last week’s ceremony, Ambassador King said that the activity can facilitate problem-solving and a fresh approach to tackling challenges.
The 2018 Vincy Innovation Expo showcased innovations and creations spanning several categories, in the field of Science and Technology, and Art and Craft.
First prize in each category received US$500.00; second prize US$250.00 and third prize US$125.00.
The Expo was held to commemorate World Creativity and Innovation Day, which is celebrated annually on April 21st.
