Minister of Foreign Affairs, Commerce and Trade, Sir Louis Straker has highlighted the vital role of Entrepreneurship and Creativity in national development.
Minister Straker was speaking at a ceremony held here last week, to present prizes to the winners in the various categories of the 2018 Vincy Innovation Expo and Coconut Festival, held here last month.
He urged Vincentians to grasp the opportunities that are available in non-traditional and creative sectors and said this year’s Vincy Innovation Expo showcased the versatility of Vincentian Entrepreneurs.
The Vincy Expo and Coconut Festival was hosted here last month by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Commerce and Trade, in collaboration with the Permanent Mission of St. Vincent and the Grenadines to the United Nations and Invest SVG.
