The Police Welfare Association has announced plans to host a fundraising event later this month to assist Police Constable Warith McBride who has to undergo an Open Heart Surgery in Trinidad.
The Association said the Benefit Concert will be held at the E.T Joshua Tarmac in Arnos Vale, and the funds will be used to offset the cost of medical expenses.
The concert takes place on September 29th beginning at 8pm.
Performances will come from several local artistes, including Luta; Keido; I-Pa; Shaunelle; L-Pank; Icon; Mad King among others.
The artistes will be backed by K-Netik and the Police Band.
