MS CARMEN ANITA RICHARDS better known as ROSEMARIE JACOBS of Peruvian Vale formerly of Park Hill died on Sunday October 14th at the age of 82. The funeral takes place on Sunday October 28th at the Biabou Seventh Day Adventist church. The body lies at the church from 1pm. The service begins at 2:30. Burial will be at the Biabou Cemetery.
