MS CECELIA JOSEPH of Byera died on Tuesday October 23rd at the age of 48. The funeral takes place on Saturday November 3rd at the Mt Carmel Spiritual Baptist church, Chester Cottage. The service begins at 2pm. Burial will be at the Byera Cemetery.
