Police have arrested and charged Rolando Cato, 19 years old Labourer of Glen with Robbery on February 20th.
The accused was charged after allegedly robbed a 20-year-old Cashier of Peruvian Vale at gun point and stole a quantity of items valued EC$5,800.00.
The accused also allegedly robbed a 20-year-old Unemployed of North Union and stole a quantity of items valued EC$1073.00.
The incident occurred at Villa on February 16th.
Cato is expected to appear before the Serious Offences Court to answer the charge.
Police have arrested and charged Declan McMillan, 36 years old Chauffeur of South Rivers with Wounding on February 21st.
The accused man allegedly wounded a 24-year-old Prison Officer by stabbing him about his body with an unknown object. The incident occurred on February 15th at South Rivers.
McMillan is expected to appear before the Magistrate Court to answer the charge.
