MR CHARLES ALFANSO NORWELL better known as CHARLO and RAFFIE of Fort Charlotte, Edinboro died on Monday September 16th at the age of 78. The funeral takes place on Saturday September 28th the Chebar Evangelical Assembly, Rose Place, Kingstown. The body lies at the assembly from 1:00 pm. The service begins at 2:00 pm. Burial will be at Kingstown Cemetery.
