MS MERCELLE BILLINGY better known as TAN-TAN of Park Hill died on Wednesday 6th November at the age of 91. The funeral takes place on Sunday November 24th at the St. Olive Spiritual Baptist Church, Park Hill. The body lies at the church from 1:00pm. The service begins at 2:00pm. Burial will be at the Park Hill Cemetery.
