Prime Minister Dr. Ralph Gonsalves has expressed dissatisfaction at the decision by some minibuses who withdrew their service on Monday and Tuesday.
Dr. Gonsalves says arrangements are being made to make payments to the minibuses who continue to deliver their service during the covid-19 pandemic.
