A number of Farmers in North Leeward have received Fertilizers from the Ministry of Agriculture through the Zero Hunger Trust Fund.
Minister of Agriculture Saboto Caesar says this is the first phase of a project which is aimed at reducing the food import bill for St.Vincent and the Grenadines.
