MR ARNOLD CEPHORD DUNCAN of Spring Village and Kingstown Park died on Sunday March 28th at the age of 78. The funeral takes place on Saturday April 17th at the New Testament Church of God, Wilson Hill. The service begins at 10:00am. Burial will be at the Kingstown Cemetery. All are asked to adhere to the Covid 19 Protocols.
