MR BERTRAM ALPHONSO DOPWELL better known as RAS I TAL of Paul’s Avenue died on Wednesday 7th April 2021 at the age of 69. The funeral takes place on Saturday May 8th at the New Testament Church of God, Wilson Hill. The body lies at the church from 9:00 a.m. The service begins at 10:00. Burial will be at the Kingstown Cemetery.
